Information and advice for Parents, Carers and Families

To provide an accessible service to meet the needs of parents / carers and young people.
To strengthen relationships and communication between home, school and other services.
To encourage learning for all through positive participation.
To improve the achievements and attendance of young people.

A confidential and flexible support, advice and / or guidance to parents / carers, school and young people through on or off site meetings, telephone / text / email communications to individuals, groups or families.
An awareness and knowledge of other agencies and services and how these can be accessed.
Opportunities to meet with other parents / carers through regular events. We realise that you know your child best and welcome working with you to achieve the best learning opportunities for them.
